Riding lessons priced per person, with limited places
For lessons you create an option with the «Per person» price type: the client books in the app for each participant and you choose which details to ask for. With «Maximum capacity per time slot» you set how many riders you take at the same time.
Livery priced per month, bought month by month
In a «Stable service» you add a «Per month» option: the client types how many months to buy and pays only those, with no automatic renewal. You can limit the option to horses, ponies or donkeys and cap the number of animals per booking.
Closures for shows and events that stop bookings
When the yard is away at a show or closed for maintenance, use «Block time» in the calendar: in that window you receive no bookings from the marketplace and the block appears hatched in grey, next to orders and appointments.
For farriers: home visits and shoeing with an expiry date
In the «Farrier and trimming» category you publish «Farrier» and «Hoof trimming» as home-visit services with a maximum distance from your base. On each horse you log the shoeing as a «Treatment» with an «Expiry» date: once it has passed, the entry turns red.

Create your business profile
In the «General» step pick one of the thirteen categories, then fill in details, contacts, address and hours and tap «Create profile».

Publish your services
«New service» creates your first offer in six steps: type, photos, prices and options, where you provide it, hours, publish.

Receive orders, work from the calendar and get paid
New orders appear in the «Orders» tab and under «Orders to manage» in the Dashboard: accept them or propose a change and chat with the client from the order.
Frequently asked questions from equestrian centres
- No recurring costs, no subscription and no monthly fee: services, calendar, clients, horse records and orders are free. On every transaction PawsPet keeps 10% of the price you set, Stripe fees included. The «You receive» line in each order always shows the net amount you get.
- No. With the «Per month» price type the client types how many months to buy and pays for them in one go; when they run out, they place a new order. A «Recurring subscription» switch exists, but if you turn it on for a monthly option the client cannot buy it from the app: leave it off for livery.
- Create a «Per person» option and set «Maximum capacity per time slot» to the number of riders you take together, plus «Appointment duration» and «Break between appointments»: clients only see slots with places left. Appointments you create by hand in the calendar have no such limit: if they overlap, the app warns you but leaves the decision to you.
- Yes, if they use PawsPet and are your linked client (by invite or because they already ordered from you): in their horse’s «Profile» tab, under «Recorded by professionals», they see the type, name, date, expiry and note of each entry. They can add a note of their own but not change your data. No notification and no photos: those go via the order chat.
- Yes. Create your profile in the «Farrier and trimming» category, publish «Farrier» and «Hoof trimming» as home-visit services with a maximum distance from your base, and clients book online. On each horse you log the shoeing with its expiry. The «Profile verified by PawsPet» badge is granted by the PawsPet team and does not certify registers.
