PawsPet Business for professionals
With PawsPet Business you keep client pet records: for every dog, cat, horse or rabbit you record vaccines, treatments, allergies, visits, grooming sessions and weight, each with a date and an expiry. It works for all your clients, whether they use PawsPet or not. You need a business profile; the records stay in your own register and do not replace the official vaccination booklet.

Vaccine, Treatment, Allergy, Visit, Grooming, Activity, Weight and Note: each entry has a name, a date, an optional expiry, notes and an attached photo. A farrier logs the shoeing with the date of the next visit; a groomer keeps each cut with a photo.
In the «Health» section every vaccine, treatment or allergy past its expiry is marked in red. In the «Client pets» view each row carries a red dot with the number of overdue entries: handy for a boarding kennel before check-in.
In the «Measurements» section the weight in kg becomes a chart over time, with a dated list. Visits, grooming and notes go into the «History» under «Health», activities into the «Activities» section. Every entry is saved on its own: nothing gets overwritten.
You create a record for anyone, even without PawsPet: the data stays in your register. For a registered client you only see the pets in your register and those already in one of their orders; the rest appear as «N pets not visible», with no name or photo.
Client pet records
In the «Clients» tab open the client and tap «Add animal». Type the name and pick the species (Dog by default: cat, horse, rabbit and more); if you like, add breed, sex, date of birth, microchip, notes and a photo, then «Save». For a new client use «Next: add an animal».
The record has four sections: «Registry», «Health», «Measurements» and «Activities». Tap the yellow «+» or «Add» next to a block: in the «Record» sheet choose the type, type the name, set date and expiry, add notes and a photo and tap «Save». For weight choose «Weight» and enter the kg.
In the «Clients» tab tap the icon next to the search bar to switch to the «Client pets» view: every pet, with the owner's name and the red dot for overdue entries. Or type in «Search clients or pets…»: you find the pet by name, species, breed or microchip.
Client pet records
Yes. In the «Clients» tab you create a record for anyone, with name and contact details, and add their pets: no PawsPet account needed. Vaccines, treatments and weight stay in your register. If you later invite them with «Invite» and they accept in the PawsPet app, the record becomes «On PawsPet» and they find what you had already recorded on their pets.
Open the client's pet » «Health» section » «Add» on the Vaccines block (or the «+» at the bottom): type the vaccine name, set date and expiry, add a note and a photo of the booklet if you like, then «Save». Once the expiry passes, the entry turns red and the pet shows the number of overdue entries in the «Client pets» view.
Only if the client uses PawsPet and is linked to your record. In their pet's profile they find «Recorded by professionals» with type, name, date, expiry and note for each entry; they cannot edit it, but they can add their own note, which you see too. They get no notification and do not see the photo or the weight value: to send a photo, use the order chat.
For their privacy. From their account you see the pets in your register and those they have already included in an order with your business, read-only. The others only appear in the «N pets not visible» box, at most with a count per species, with no name or photo: they become visible when the client includes them in an order.
Nothing: clients, pet records, entries and the weight chart are free, with no subscription. PawsPet keeps a fee only on orders that clients pay in the app. Records belong to the active business: if you run more than one, each has its own clients and pets.
