PawsPet for pet owners
Copilot is the AI pet assistant inside the PawsPet app for owners (it is not part of PawsPet Business). Type, dictate or talk: it answers from your pets' own records, helps you log vaccines, treatments and activities, and tells you where to find things in either app. It never saves or deletes anything without your confirmation and gives no diagnosis: for health it points you to your vet. AI credits are monthly.

Pick the pet in scope from the pill above the text field and Copilot assumes you mean that one: ask «when was the last vaccine?» and it answers with that pet's date, without asking which pet. With «All pets» selected, it only asks when it really needs to.
Ask it to add a vaccine or an activity and Copilot prepares a card with the proposed fields and the status «Awaiting confirmation»: it saves only once you say yes. Deleting always needs a tap on the red «Delete» button: a «yes» typed or spoken is not enough.
Tap the microphone, speak for up to 90 seconds and the transcript lands in the text field, to check before you send: that is how you log a vaccine by voice. If you would rather talk it through, «Talk to the Copilot» opens a live voice chat with subtitles.
Attach a photo or PDF of a vet report in chat: Copilot pulls out diagnoses, treatments and results and proposes one confirmation card per item. In the pet's profile, the «AI Analysis» card (beta) sums up their health and refreshes when health data changes.

Tap the purple wand button at the bottom right of the «Home» tab, or of the «Pets» tab with the «My» filter on. The «PawsPet Copilot» screen opens with four ready-made prompts, such as «I want to add a vaccine» or «Analyze my pet's medical report», and the «Talk to the Copilot» invitation for voice.
Tap the pill above the text field and pick your pet, or leave «All pets». Type in the «Ask PawsPet Copilot something...» field, attach up to 5 files or tap the microphone to dictate, then send. The pill with the lightning bolt shows the credits you have left this month.
If your request changes data, a card with the proposed fields appears under the answer: tap «Confirm» to save or «Cancel» to discard it. Deletions come with the red «Delete» button and the warning «This cannot be undone». Your conversations stay in the history behind the ☰ icon at the top right.
Copilot AI assistant
Copilot is part of PawsPet, which is free for owners with no subscription. Each account gets monthly AI credits: every question, every confirmed action and every analysis uses some of them. Check how many you have left by tapping the lightning-bolt pill above the text field; when they run out the assistant tells you, and they renew on the first of the month.
No. Copilot gives no veterinary diagnosis: it can read a report, remind you of vaccine dates or give general diet advice based on your pet's species, breed, age and weight, but for any health matter it points you to your vet. Its advice is general and never replaces a professional's opinion.
Copilot prepares the deletion but does not run it: it shows a card with a red border, the warning «This cannot be undone» and the «Delete» button. It needs your tap on that button: a «yes» typed or spoken is not enough, not even during a live voice chat. Once confirmed, a deletion is final.
No. It can search for services such as grooming, vets or pet sitting, show you details and availability and look up your past orders, but it does not create, change or cancel an order. To book, you go through the service page in the app's «Services» tab.
While AI features are on, your pets' data (profile, health, activities) is sent to a third-party model to generate the answers: the app reminds you with a notice the first time. It only covers pets you own. To switch everything off: «Profile» tab » «AI Features» » turn off the switch. You can turn it back on whenever you like.
