«List» scrolls endlessly into the past and the future, «Month» puts a coloured dot per category under each day, «Week» and «Day» place every activity at its exact time. Switch between them from the ☰ menu; the app remembers the last one you used.
With several animals at home the calendar gets crowded: tap the «Pet» chip to see only your cat, or «Category» for visits and appointments alone. «Status» separates done, to do and ignored. Filters stay active when you switch views.
The Monday and Thursday walk, brushing every two weeks, the Saturday agility class: in «Repeat» you choose frequency, days, times and duration. The app generates each occurrence by itself and every day you tick them off as done, or ignore them.
From the red «Start recording» button your phone tracks the route: duration, distance, speed and the map stay in the activity details, even with the app in the background. Each activity can carry several alerts, from 10 minutes to a month before, or custom.
Activity calendar
«Activities» tab, yellow + button at the bottom right. Enter a name if you like, turn on «All day» or set a start and end time, then tap «Select the activity type»: it is the only required field. Add the pets involved, a location, alerts and notes, then «Save».
In the same form tap «Repeat»: choose «Every N weeks» and the days, or «N times a day» with several times, «Every N days», months or years. Under «Duration» decide forever, a number of times or until a date, then «Done». Each occurrence shows up in the calendar with a circle to tick.
Tap the round red «Start recording» button, choose the pet and a discipline such as «Walking», then start: location permission is required. You can pause and end with «Finish». The outing lands in the calendar: pick «List» or «Month» from the ☰ menu and open the details for the map.
Activity calendar
For every animal in your profile: dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and the rest. PawsPet is one pet activity calendar and diary app for all of them: with the «Pet» filter you see one animal at a time, and the activity types also cover equine, feline and rodent sports. An activity can involve several pets, or none.
In the «New activity» form tap the «Repeat» row, choose «Every N weeks» and select the days of the week and the time. Under «Duration» choose forever, a number of times or until a date, then «Done» and «Save». You do not create the repetitions one by one: the app generates every occurrence by itself.
Open the occurrence from the calendar, tap «Edit», change what you need and tap «Save». A panel then asks «Which events do you want to modify?»: choose «This one only». The other options are «All in series» and «This and future». It works offline too: the change is sent as soon as you are back online.
«Activities» tab, round red «Start recording» button: choose one or more pets and a sport type, then start and grant location permission. Recording keeps going with the screen locked and works without a connection. At the end, the activity details show the route map with duration, distance and speed.
Yes, by sharing the pet with someone who has a PawsPet account: open its profile, ⋮ icon, «Collaborators», «Add collaborator», search the person by name or email and grant the «Activities» permission as view or edit. They will find the pet under «Shared with me» with its activities and, with edit, can log new ones. Access stays until you remove it.
