PawsPet for pet owners
PawsPet is a digital pet profile app for your dog, cat, horse or any other animal: details, sex and neutering, colour and markings, microchip, health booklet number and photos. Upload a photo and the app tries to recognise the species and breed for you. More than one pet? They all sit in one list with search and filters. It is your personal record: it does not replace official microchip registration.

Dog, cat, horse, pony, donkey, rabbit, turtle, rodent, fish and many more, plus Other with a type you write yourself. The fields adapt: a stable number for horses, ponies and donkeys, a DPA (food production) box for every species except dogs and cats.
The Anagraphic tab lists name, date of birth, sex and neutering, breeds, coat colour, markings, microchip and location in plain rows. Tap the microchip, stable number or location and it is copied, ready to paste into a form or a message to your vet.
When you add a pet with a photo, the AI tries to recognise the species and breed while you are still typing the name. The suggestion pre-fills the choice, but you decide: Not right? shows the other guesses, and a choice you made by hand is never overwritten.
All your pets in a list or a photo grid, with search by name, species, breed, colour or place and the My and Shared with me filters. Open a pet: in the Profile tab a ring shows how complete the record is and Recommended tells you what is missing.
Pet profile
From the Pets tab tap + and follow the steps: Identity (optional photo, name, date of birth), Species (with the photo suggestion), Registry (sex, neutering, DPA, colour), Details (location, stable, booklet, microchip) and Documents, or Not now to postpone them. It works offline too.
Open the pet and switch to the Anagraphic tab, your pet's details: the data sits in plain rows and an empty field reads Not specified. Tap the microchip, stable number or location to copy them; if the location is a real place, a mini map appears. To correct something use the ⋮ menu, then Edit.
In the Profile tab a ring shows the completion percentage and the Recommended chips list what is missing: photo, date of birth, sex, microchip for the species it applies to, neutering date, location. Tap a chip and you land on the right field; tap × to hide them for 7 days.
Pet profile
No. The profile is your personal record: the microchip registration stays with the official database, and the health booklet or passport remain the official documents. On PawsPet you note the numbers to have them with you, and you can upload photos or PDFs of the documents in the Documents strip of the Anagraphic tab.
Yes. Each pet has its own profile and the Pets list shows them all, as a list or a grid, with search by name, species, breed, colour or place and an alphabetical index for long lists. The available species range from dog to fish, with Other for anything missing.
No, it is optional, like the health booklet and the stable number. If it is missing, the Recommended strip reminds you for dogs, cats, horses, ponies, donkeys and rabbits. Once entered, you copy it with one tap from the Anagraphic tab.
If you upload a photo in the first step, the Species step shows a suggestion like it looks like a Labrador dog, with a confidence level in words. Species and breed are pre-selected, but you can change them or pick one of the other guesses. It needs a connection, AI features switched on (Profile, then AI Features) and a recognition quota that is not used up.
Yes. In the first step tap Skip the photo and carry on: you can add one later from the profile with Edit images. Without a network the profile is saved anyway and sent as soon as you are back online, without blocking the app.
