How they find you: service and area
Pet owners search by type of service and area in the Services section of the app or on the website: nearby professionals appear in a list and on the map, with their services and prices.

Logo, description, address with a map, active offers, your services with prices and your working hours. Phone and email are not shown.
- Logo and nameAt the top of the page, with your category and town: whoever opens it sees right away who you are.
- DescriptionA few lines of your own on how you work and with which animals.
- Location with a mapYour address on the map: tapping it opens the maps app on the client's phone.
- Active offersThe threshold promotions you switched on, with the sentence the client reads.
- Services with pricesThe first three services of your price list, with «Show all» for the rest.

Phone and email are not shown: clients write to you in the order chat.
Your page, to send as a link
From «Share business» you choose the card style and send the link on WhatsApp or Instagram: people without the app open your page on pawspet.it.

Badge and visibility
The «Profile verified by PawsPet» badge is granted by the team, it does not come on its own. If you need a break, set your profile to «Hidden»: you leave the search results and keep using calendar and clients.

The «Profile visibility» switch is in «Profile info». With «Hidden» you leave the search results; services and order history stay where they are.
How to set up your storefront
Fill in your profile info, address and hours
In the «Profile» tab of PawsPet Business open «Your profile». Under «Profile info» upload your logo and enter your name, category and description; under «Business address» enter your address, or tap «Use current location»; under «Working hours» fill in the weekly grid. Each section ends with «Save».
Complete the «Activate your shop» checklist
On the Dashboard the «Activate your shop» box guides you through three steps: «Business profile created», «Publish at least one service» and «Complete Stripe verification», with the form opening in the app. Calendar, orders and clients work from day one; once verified you take card payments.
Check your storefront and share the link
From the «Profile» tab open «Public profile»: it is exactly the page a customer sees. Tap the share icon, choose the format and style of the card, then copy the link, save the image or post it on social media. For a break, under «Profile info» set «Profile visibility» to «Hidden».
Online storefront: frequently asked questions
- Your logo and name, the «Profile verified by PawsPet» badge if the team has granted it, your description, your address with a map, active spend-threshold offers, your first three services and opening hours. Phone and email are not shown: contact happens in the order chat.
- Open the Dashboard: the «Activate your shop» box tells you what is missing (profile set to «Public», at least one published service, payment verification). If everything is done and you still cannot find yourself, email support@pawspet.it and we will check together.
- The PawsPet team grants the badge after checking your profile: it does not come automatically with Stripe verification and does not certify registers, licences or qualifications. Stripe verification, from «Profile» » «Verification» » «Start the verification», is what lets you take card payments: it asks for your details, an ID document and a bank account.
- Yes. From «Public profile» tap the share icon, pick a card and copy the link or share it on social media. Anyone who opens it, even without PawsPet installed, sees the same storefront in the web version. To book and pay, though, they need a PawsPet account: from there the customer chooses the service, pays and messages you in the order chat.
- There is no subscription: profile, storefront, calendar and client list are free, and PawsPet keeps just 10% per transaction. For a break open «Profile info», set «Profile visibility» to «Hidden» and save: you leave the marketplace search results, but your services, order history and reviews stay intact and you go public again whenever you like.
