How and when do I get paid?

Turn on payments from the app or your computer
From «Profile» » «Verification» you start the Stripe verification inside the app, with your details, an ID document and your IBAN. When it is complete, «Can take payments» and «Can receive payouts» switch on.

Balance and transfers
When the client confirms, or automatically 7 days after delivery, the net amount moves to your Stripe account, and Stripe transfers it to your IBAN. You see balance and transfers in «Payouts».

Clients' PawsPet credit counts like a card
If the client pays with PawsPet credit, nothing changes for you: you receive the price you set minus 10%, just as with a card.

How to turn on in-app payments
Complete Stripe verification inside the app
From the «Profile created!» screen tap «Start the verification», or go to «Profile» » «Verification». In the «Payments and identity (Stripe)» box tap «Start the verification», choose «Individual» or «Company» and follow the Stripe form: personal details, ID document, bank account and terms.
Collect the payment for the order
When a client pays by card in the app, the order shows up in the «Orders» tab. Accept it with «Accept» » «Confirm»; if it moves to «Pre-authorized payment», tap «Collect payment» to actually charge the card. Under «Your earnings», the «Receive» line shows the net amount due to you.
Receive payouts to your bank account
Your net amount reaches your Stripe account when the client confirms receipt, or automatically 7 days after «Mark as delivered», and Stripe transfers it to your bank account. You see balance, «Incoming» and transfers in «Profile» » «Payouts».
Frequently asked questions about online payments
- No recurring costs, no subscription and no monthly plan. On every transaction PawsPet keeps 10% of the price you set, and Stripe fees are borne by PawsPet. Example: a €40 service paid in the app, the client pays €41 (a €1 service fee) and you receive €36.
- After the client confirms the service, or automatically 7 days after you tap «Mark as delivered»: not when you accept the order or charge the card. The net amount reaches your Stripe account and from there Stripe transfers it to your bank account; balance and transfers are in «Payouts».
- No: the Stripe form opens inside PawsPet Business. Only if the component fails to load does the app warn you and continue in your phone's browser; when you come back, the «Verification» page refreshes by itself. The same page always shows what is missing, what Stripe is reviewing and what you will be asked later.
- Yes: the calendar, manually entered orders and your client list work straight away. Card payments in the app need Stripe verification: on the «Verification» page two separate indicators, «Can take payments» and «Can receive payouts», show where you stand.
- «Profile» tab » «Verification» » «Manage account details»: the Stripe form reopens, already pre-filled, with the bank account to update. On the same page, «What you've given Stripe» shows bank, currency and the last digits of your account number, never sensitive values such as tax ID or ID document.
